Why I built this.

I am not a doctor. I am a technologist and entrepreneur — and that is exactly why I saw what clinicians, who had grown used to working around the problem, had stopped seeing clearly.
I grew up Filipino. But I have also lived in Indonesia for five years, Malaysia for a year, and Singapore for over a decade. I have traveled extensively across Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei. I am not looking at Southeast Asian healthcare from the outside. I have navigated it personally — in five countries, across two decades.
The neighborhood clinic in Manila. The community practice in Jakarta. The family doctor in Kuala Lumpur. Different countries, different languages. The same scene. Patients whose records exist in fragments. Revenue leaking through gaps no one could see. Software that digitized the chaos without solving it.
I built MedicalPRO Software because I believed a different architectural decision was possible. Because I had seen the problem clearly across five countries. And because no one else was making it.

MedicalPRO Software is headquartered in Singapore with active development and initial market deployment in the Philippines — our pilot market and the foundation of everything we are building for the region.
We chose the Philippines deliberately. It is one of the largest and most operationally complex clinic markets in Southeast Asia — and the proof of concept for the regional infrastructure layer we are building toward 2030.

We did not set out to build the best clinic software. We set out to build something more fundamental.
